Bahia, in three slow days
Three days of stillness on the coast — twenty guests, one long table, and the sound of water under floorboards.
We were asked to design a retreat that felt less like an itinerary and more like a memory in advance. Bahia gave us most of the answer: water in every room, light that moves through linen, mornings that begin with nothing.
The arc was simple. Two breath sessions a day, three meals shared without phones, an afternoon on the water, and one long evening of conversation that never quite ended. We spent more time on the soundtrack than the schedule.

By the third night, no one needed the printed plan we'd put in the rooms. The retreat had become its own quiet country.
